There are many conversations we avoid or feel unprepared to have. We may not even know WHY we are avoiding the conversation. Utilizing over a decade of conflict resolution and communications experience, I provide a thoughtful, empathetic space in which to discuss the conversation(s) you want to have and create a plan for how to have those conversations. Each conversation or on-going conversations are different and require a customized approach - but all coaching will include active practice, delivering new tools, and developing a framework for understanding how you interact with conflict or difficult conversations and how to build up your communication toolkit.

Will deliver actionable feedback, discuss general interview strategy, and suggest multiple mock interviews to practice skills and see improvement. Great interviews are about communication skills and story telling capacity, I will work with you to create your interview toolkit strategy.
Cover letters or personal statements: Standing out in the crowd, keeping it short, building a cover letter process, helping you find your story - these are all aspects I can support you in. Crafting a great personal statement or cover letter can be hard. Since 2010 I have been helping folks with cover letters and personal statements - I would love to help you share your story in your voice.
Job Search Strategy: The job search process is daunting and overwhelming. Creating a strategy to navigate LinkedIn, networking, scaffolding job applications, personal summaries, and more can help you stay on top of emerging trends, not be alone in the process, and develop a strategy that works.

Accessibility matters to me. I offer a sliding scale on all of my individual coaching (single sessions and packages).
30 minute single sessions are $50-90 / 60 min single sessions are $100-180
These costs include pre/post work, communication, scheduling, administration, building plans, and providing email support - in addition to the video sessions themselves
With sliding scales, people often choose the cheapest option. I encourage you to consider what my time and expertise is worth to you - and pay what feels possible. Either way, I am excited to work with you!
If none of these costs work for you, and you need help - please reach out & we will work something out!
For all other services - I offer a sliding scale hourly rate depending on the organizational budget and customization needs of the program or process. For example: nonprofit organizations with a budget over $999K annually, I charge $120 an hour and mission-driven businesses with profit margins over 10% I charge $175 an hour.
