We recruit for purpose-driven organizations that are making a difference in the world. We primarily work with nonprofits and social impact businesses.
If you are seeking a role that is impact-focused, we encourage you to submit an application to our Talent Pool. We will reach out if there is a role that is a potential fit for you.

We review your application and tag your profile based on your responses.
When we have a role that may be a fit, we’ll reach out directly to check your interest.
If you applied to an open role (not “Join the Talent Pool”) then you will hear back as soon as we have an update.

Primarily nonprofit and social impact organizations, with some in healthcare.
Most roles are Northeast-based or remote.
We do not recruit in IT, Software Engineering, Software Development, or other related roles (even for social impact).
At this time, most of our clients do not offer visa sponsorship.

If you submit an application to our talent pool, we will only reach out if and when we have a role that may be a suitable match.
If you applied for an open role, we will respond as soon as we are able to, within 30 days maximum.

We will keep your resume and materials on file in our secure Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
If you no longer want us to have your materials on file, send us an email to info@riverwalkertalent.com and we can delete your profile. Only Riverwalker Talent staff can view all applicants. Hiring managers have access only to candidates under consideration for their specific role(s).
