Workplace Wellness Workshops & Programs
Over 10,000 surveyed in 2022 reported feeling “burnt out” at least 60-80% of the time
Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, McKinsey, and more have all developed surveys to try to capture the current state of burnout nationally today. What does it actually MEAN to be burnt out? Often, it means people do not have the systems in place or the self-support skills needed to care for themselves within the workplace.
Burnout and stress has a cost - a dollar value. Annual spending due to workplace burnout is anywhere from $125 billion to $190 billion according to Harvard Business Review (Moss, 2019).
Are Burnout and Stress impacting your teams? It may be time for workplace wellness programs.
A single mental health wellness seminar or subscription to Headspace is not enough to address the root causes of burnout.
A multi-faceted approach is needed.

Supporting your Teams in Accessing Workplace Wellness
~These burnout reduction and stress resilience training programs offer active-learning environments for participants to discuss relevant workplace health topics, learn new tactics for how to support their professional goals and work-life balance, and practice necessary skills - all within a supportive feedback model.
~Burnout, stress, anxiety, job dissatisfaction, and plummeting retention rates are just some of the issues currently facing the social impact workforce. These workplace wellness workshops prioritize burnout prevention, stress resilience, and moving past the ‘buzzword’ of self-care into action and taking ownership over ones own career path and workplace wellness.
-
The key objectives of these training programs are for participants to:
~Develop a comprehensive framework for understanding how to identify and address triggers of stress, burnout, and/or vicarious trauma
~Advance their capacity to respond to and manage overwhelm through new skills learned, active role plays, and engaging discussions
~Co-develop a safe, external space to process and learn from each others workplace experiences and build temporary community within the space
~Create micro-goals with accountability structures to support their practice of stress resilience, self-awareness, and grounding techniques
Workshop training programs offer a range of options from intro workshops (2-hour minimum) to year-long programs that include multiple workshops, pre & post surveys, leadership support, and more.
-
Most workshops are customized to a client’s needs, but I do offer open enrollment workshops as well. They are usually bite-sized, accessible versions on shorter timeframes.
