Do yourself a favor and schedule time to meet with Jessye. Her approach is to understand you and get to know you before telling you what you need to do, that made a huge difference for me. Understanding your strengths and skills, then helping you enhance them. We tend to doubt ourselves a lot of times, but Jessye was able to help me understand it is okay to have doubts and questions, but gave me the resources needed to move past them.
