What sets my coaching apart is my capacity to individualize my approach, hold space for the inevitable emotions, create strategic action plans, AND and utilize my experience providing over 2,000 hours of coaching to 150+ individuals. While I do offer one-off sessions, my capacity for on-going coaching is limited and has a current waitlist.
